By downloading, installing, or using PhotoPorter ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of data loss.
You are solely responsible for verifying that files were copied correctly and for maintaining your own backups. Before deleting any photos or videos from your iPhone, iPad, or any other device or storage location, you should independently confirm that the files you intended to keep were copied successfully. The developer is not responsible for verifying this for you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the developer of PhotoPorter be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, photos, videos, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The developer's total liability for any claim arising from the App will not exceed the amount (if any) you paid for the App.
You use the App at your own risk. This includes risks inherent to file transfer and storage operations generally (such as interrupted transfers, full disks, disconnected devices, or hardware/software issues outside the developer's control).
This App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA that applies to all App Store apps), which these terms supplement and do not replace.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
