Every app here is made and supported by one person, and email reaches me directly. Write to chaurasiabhasker@gmail.com and I will normally reply within a few business days.

Before you write

These details make a problem much faster to fix, so include them where they apply:

• Which app, and the version number shown on its settings or about screen.
• Your device and OS version — for example "iPhone 15, iOS 18.5" or "MacBook Air M2, macOS 15.4".
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot or screen recording if the problem is visual.

Please do not send documents, photos, or identity paperwork with a support request. I do not need your files to diagnose a problem, and I would rather they stayed on your device.

DocAura

Common questions: scanned files live in the iOS Files app under DocAura, where you can move, back up, or delete them yourself. The document camera needs a physical device — it is not available in the Simulator. If a printed ID or passport photo comes out the wrong size, check that your printer's scaling is set to 100% rather than "fit to page", since the app lays those sheets out at true physical size.

PhotoPorter

Common questions: if your iPhone or iPad does not appear, unlock the device, connect it with a cable, and tap Trust on the prompt that appears on the phone. PhotoPorter keeps a record of what it has already copied, so reconnecting the same device shows you what is new rather than offering the whole camera roll again.

For the public repositories listed on the home page, please open an issue on the relevant GitHub repository rather than emailing — that keeps the discussion where other users can find it.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security or privacy problem in one of my apps, email chaurasiabhasker@gmail.com with the subject line "Security" and enough detail to reproduce it. Please give me a reasonable chance to fix the issue before publishing it.
